Teen Choice Awards 2013 Red Carpet: Selena Gomez, Lily Collins, and More Fashion Moments You Have to See

If there’s anything you can count on the Teen Choice Awards for it’s a fashion forward, envelope pushing red carpet. Check out some of the night’s most memorable fashion moments and then tell us who you think deserved the Best Dressed title.

Pretty Little Liars star, Shay Mitchell, showed up in a black and white Jenni Kayne jumpsuit, yellow Jimmy Choo pumps, and Kimberly McDonald jewelry.

You can always count on Kerry Washington to kill it on the red carpet. The Scandal star flaunted her amazing legs in a Stella McCartney long sleeve mini dress and Christian Louboutin shoes.

Hailee Steinfeld turned heads in a Henry Holland red and blue printed dress. Oscar Tiye shoes and an Amanda Pearly clutch finished the look.

Lily Collins looked amazing in a Fausto Puglisi skirt and Houghton shirt. Her Brian Atwood shoes capped off the edgy look.

Selena Gomez accepted her second award of the night wearing a Cushnie et Ochs dress (complete with double thigh-high slits!), Nicholas Kirkwood shoes, and Neil Lane jewelry.

Nina Dobrev went with bold prints for the evening wearing a J. Mendel top and matching pants. Dolce & Gabbana shoes, a Devi Kroell bag, and Martin Katz earrings completed the actress’ look.

As expected of a host, Lucy Hale changed many times but it was her red carpet arrival looked that I loved the most. Her Houghton top and skirt and Stuart Weitzman shoes perfectly fit the occasion.

Bella Thorne hit the awards ceremony in a palm tree print shirt and matching skirt by the same designer of Lily Collin’s skirt. The 15-year-old actress paired her Fausto Puglisi outfit with Candies shoes and a Diane Von Furstenberg clutch.

Chloe Moretz walked the red carpet in a colorful bandage dress. Some may think it’s a little Kelly Kapowski from Saved by the Bell, but I feel like the Kick Ass-2 star pulled it off.
