In its quest to disrupt the underwear retail system, MeUndies has tried lots of just-this-side-of-ordinary things—from advertising in untraditional locations to installing underwear vending machines in boutiques around the country.
Now the company is looking to take its online shopping experience to the next level—and you’ll never guess how.
MeUndies has launched a crowdfunding project to raise money for a live video-chat customer service initiative on its website. Yes. The company wants you to chat face-to-face with a customer service rep about your lingerie selection.
