Now on its 49th year, Notting Hill Carnival still turns the streets of West London into a Caribbean party of dance, music, floats and food.
Said to be the biggest street festival in Europe, Notting Hill Carnival takes place every summer on the last weekend of August. The event, which was originally intended as a local festival, was first held in 1964 and attracts now a very international crowd! Up to one million people attended carnival over the weekend.
Here some of the nicest shots. Already looking forward to Carnival in Amsterdam!
