Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci is working with the sportswear juggernaut on a line dubbed Nike RT, which will be a collection of footwear set to debut this spring. “In Europe, America is the flag, McDonald’s, Marlboro, and Nike, for a kid it’s very important,” said Tisci.
According to WWD, It’s not the first time Tisci has collaborated with Nike, or designed a limited-edition sneaker. In 2010, he curated a special editorial project between artist Marc Turlan and Nike. Tisci also contributed a design to Converse’s Addict All Star line in 2011.
