The always stylish Michelle Obama is beloved by the fashion crowd, so it’s no surprise her new Drink Up campaign, aimed to get more of the country drinking water, has the support of more than a few recognizable fashion names. Brands like J.Crew, Rebecca Minkoff, BCBG, and Hervé Léger are all participating, with items like tees, beach towels, and a water display (respectively) offered to both give back money and get the message out.
“Being healthy is an important aspect of my life,” Lubov Azria, chief creative officer of BCBG Max Azria, told us in an exclusive statement. “Water is an incredibly important part of achieving ultimate health. Staying hydrated throughout the day helps my body and mind stay fueled for a busy schedule.”
