Anna Karenina by Banana Republic

Banana Republic designs a holiday collection inspired by Anna Karenina.

Costume designer Jacqueline Durran has styled and curated a capsule collection for Banana Republic inspired by Keira Knightley’s upcoming film, Anna Karenina.

In partnership with Focus Features the line will draw it’s inspiration from the the 2012 adaptation of Tolstoy’s 1877 novel of the classic film Anna Karenina which opens in movie theaters on November 9th.

As we began designing this Holiday collection, we found ourselves very inspired by the elegance typical of the Anna Karenina time period,” said Banana Republic Creative Director and Executive Vice President of Design, Simon Kneen.

The capsule collection will debut in October both in-store and at bananarepublic.com.
